I joined the EMS team in 2014, drawing from a diverse background of customer service spanning the Tourism and Retail Management industries.

My day typically revolves around lots of numbers and maintaining meticulous organisation to keep our operations running smoothly. I enjoy working alongside the team, ensuring that every detail is tended to, and great outcomes are delivered for our clients.

I like to think that I add a bit of light-heartedness to our daily grind, and what I love most about our team is the support and camaraderie - even amidst the workload, there’s always room for a laugh.
