Since joining EMS as an Energy Analyst in 2011, I’ve been using e21 data to help customers save energy, time and costs. I come from a background in Microbiology with a Science degree and while it didn’t have a lot to do with numbers, it did give me a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset.

A typical day for me involves lots of numbers, deciphering data, troubleshooting and providing customer support. One of my proudest achievements at EMS is developing reports and functions in e21, initiatives which have proven to streamline processes, provide valuable insights and significantly enhance efficiency.

After a busy day, my favourite way to unwind is to play music or design and build something – probably using my 3D printer.
